Dr. Hillel Steiner is a graduate of the Hebrew University Hadassah School of Medicine of the Class of 1998. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine in 2002 at the Shaare Zedek Medical Center, where he also did his fellowship in cardiology. He completed a fellowship in arrhythmias and clinical electrophysiology at the prestigious Krannert Institute of Cardiology at Indiana University (2007-2009).
In 2009 he founded the Electrophysiology Unit at Poryia Medical Center and directed the unit from 2010 to 2016. Since 2016 he has served as a senior physician in the Electrophysiology Service at Wolfson Medical Center in Holon. He is currently the Director of the Complex Ablation Service and lecturer at Sackler Medical School, Tel Aviv University.

Dr. Steiner implants and monitors patients with pacemakers, implantable defibrillators and biventricular pacemakers, performs examinations and diagnoses patients with arrhythmias, as well as diagnostic and therapeutic complex invasive electrophysiological procedures for atrial fibrillation, supraventricular tachycardia and ventricular tachycardia. Dr. Steiner is an expert in pacemaker and defibrillator implants as well as proper programming and monitoring of these devices.
