Matan Nitzky has had a lifelong passion for helping others. As a Registered Nurse, he has been able to combine this passion with his desire to make a difference. Matan obtained his RN certification after completing a 4 year nursing program at the Lev Academic Center. He went on to specialize in Emergency Medicine and completed his degree as a Paramedic at Asaf Harofe (Shamir) Academic School of Nursing. He has been in the profession for over 10 years. During his career, Matan has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, community healthcare, and home healthcare. Matan believes in focusing on the whole person when caring for his patients. He is passionate about providing quality care while remaining mindful of his patients’ individual preferences and needs. In addition to his career in nursing, Matan volunteers his time in his local community and is an active member of the local Hatzala.
Home nursing treatments including: IV drug therapy, Wound Care (including patient/caregiver instruction), Catheter Care, Injections, Lab tests, bloodwork, well checks, vitals ECGs. Consulting & Advocacy: Navigating the Israeli Healthcare system. Pre/Post-Op Consult. Assisting & explaining your medical documentation. Accompanying you to doctor/hospital visits to assist and advocate on your behalf. Case management: Comprehensive Case Management for patients with multiple and/or complex medical issues.
